Always strive to step out of your comfort zone, which requires consistent courage, patience, and determination. This goes hand in hand with finding your passion and interests. Once you can pursue your passion, you are more motivated to improve and hence try new tasks. Hence, I always try to stay interested in the knowledge and skills I learn.
In many instances, we do not like the feeling of stepping out of our comfort zones, though knowing that this will benefit us tremendously. By staying curious about our surroundings and new experiences, we are more likely to ask questions and find new purpose in all the things we do.

Throughout our education journey, we are mainly learning the hard skills needed for us to join the workforce. However, Maureen Chiquet had learned from her ex-colleague the importance of having both technical skills and soft skills to deliver outstanding and engaging presentations. This includes utilizing attractive slides and data values to deliver our unique views.
Practice unlearning and learning new knowledge as early as possible as it is unavoidable. This serves as a strong reminder to me that regardless of which stage of career we are in, we should always embrace new changes and knowledge. This allows us to constantly adapt to new environments and skills, hence staying relevant in the workforce.

Listening to others attentively is as important, and sometimes more important than sharing your own opinions. This reminds me of Ray Dalio, one of the most successful investors in this current generation, who implemented radical transparency in his company Bridgewater Associates to allow employees to share views about one another openly.
If we are constantly delivering our inputs in the discussions without listening to others, we will never learn from others.
The process of perfume manufacturing in Chanel is phenomenal. Chanel has complemented its unique ideas into the traditional elements of manufacturing perfume. This ensures that Chanel perfumes are of top-notch quality and suits modern society at the same time.
This highlights the process of skills mastery. At the initial phase, we must ensure that we have a strong foundation and techniques from the respective traditions of skills that we learn. As our expertise reaches a certain level, we are then able to corporate the creative elements into this skill so it forms our unique representations.
Conclusion
