Hi to everyone out there, Muffin here! 
Today we talk more about benefits to being outside more. Human people need this to stay healthy. Not stay healthy sitting inside looking at screen things all day long. Spending some time outside each day help you get something called vitamin D. That very important for getting strong bones, making blood cells and help improve immune system, whatever that is, but I know it important. It also help your body absorb other minerals, like calcium and phosphorous. Human people need smaller words too. You need sunlight for getting vitamin D, well, much better than using pills anyway, unless you really need to. Not much sunlight needed either, but still best to be outside every day, as much as you can. So get up off chair, go outside, walk, run, work in garden, do photography like my human, your body will feel so much better. Next time we see if good for more than body too.
