Farm Credit Canada, which is the largest government-run lender for agriculture in the nation, ordered their employees to create dossiers of customers who supported the Freedom Convoy. They kept these names even after the Draconian and unconscionable Emergencies Act (EA) was repealed in February. "If you become aware of a customer's involvement report it immediately," said chief operating officer Sophie Perreault, according to an internal email. The email also stated that if any employee were to "become aware of potential customer involvement in blockades, occupations and other support of activity related to the 'Freedom Convoy,'" that they are compelled to "submit a tip to the customer diligence center."
