Today is the last day in the year 2022. Let me congratulate you for making it to see the last day of the year. It doesn't matter what has happened, 2022 did not see your end, rather you have seen its end. God has been good to you. It is of His mercies you and I have not been consumed (Lam. 3:22), so He deserves our heartfelt thanksgiving. So many of us started this journey together 365 days ago but not everyone made it to see the very last day. This is not to despise anyone but just to appreciate God for His mercy that has been strong and consistent over our lives.
The Bible says in our anchor text that we all should rise to our feet an applaud God. God deserves our applause. None of us would be here today if not for His mercy that has kept us against all odds. When you know how to thank right, things will go right with you. Thanksgiving attracts both God and men. Everything good in life will gravitate in the direction of the grateful. This is not a time to be anxious over things you desired should have happened in your life that have not happened yet. Do not let Satan trick you with that. Focus only on the goodness of God you and your family have enjoyed and let that move you into giving quality thanks to God.
The best way to end the year is with thanksgiving and the best way to enter the New Year is with thanksgiving. Thanksgiving is the almighty password that everyone must engage to close the present year and enter into the new one. Let Satan be confused by your display of joy today. Be full of joy and gratitude and carry the same into the New Year. Every time you apply this almighty formula you secure unhindered access into the presence of God.
PRAYERS
Father, in the Name of Jesus, I thank You for Your goodness my family and I have enjoyed all through the year 2022. Father, I am so thankful for the gift of life and for every good thing You have made happen in my life and for the privilege to see the New Year. Thank You Heavenly Father.

Thanksgiving is the almighty password that everyone must engage to close the present year and enter the New Year.
