Enforce Divine Exemption Through Prayers
Then Daniel went home and told his friends Hananiah, Mishael, and Azariah what had happened. He urged them to ask the God of heaven to show them his mercy by telling them the secret, so they would not be executed along with the other wise men of Babylon. Daniel 2:17-18 NLT
A believer must learn to give scriptural responses to life issues, that's a major way you and everyone connected to you can enjoy divine exemption. As a believer, you have the power with God to pray your way out of any predicament and change any situation or condition from negative to positive; from obstacles to miracles and that power is the prayer power.
A lot of Christians watch things until they get out of hand. Some tolerate what they should not accept at all and allow the devil to molest their lives. A man once said, " you can do more than pray after you have prayed, but, you cannot do more than pray until you have prayed. The more we pray, the better things get and the less we pray, the worse things get".
When the King gave a fierce decree to execute all the astrologers and wise men in Babylon, Daniel and his company turned things around through their prayers. They were not only exempted, their intervention saved all other persons that would have been killed in the land.
The importance of prayer in the life of a believer cannot be overemphasized. Prayer is the bridge between your experience and your inheritance. Prayer is the voice of faith crying to the Father for help. Prayer is facing God with your needs and having confidence in His promises to meet those needs. Prayer is the expression of your humility to God and your reliance on His divine intervention (2 Chr. 7:14). Prayer will level the mountain and put you over in every situation you face.
You must learn to plead your case standing on the integrity of His Word. His Word is your contact with Him. When you quote His Word, you quote Him. When you rest on His Word, you rest on Him. You hold His Word up to Him in prayer like a mirror, because He sees Himself in His Word. He has said it in His Word then you're standing on that Word to demand that He does what He promised.
Prayer will keep you in close contact with the Father and with the Word and exempt you and your loved ones from evil. It is time to put a permanent end to the activities of the wicked in your life. Turn to the wall and plead your case with God.
