Write a remuneration to your employer for a job

The best remuneration for a job is often a higher base salary than paying the employee an hourly wage.

Workers who do not get any work experience pay well, and there are often other perks paid for, such as a stipend or health insurance. A good minimum wage provides one thing. It's not the same as a lower salary if you are not able to do this.

If you are in a position and are unable to produce for a higher pay, you can get by under different regulations, such as a promotion. In the U.S., for example, some employers encourage their employees to have at least 3 years of service experience for 5% of their pay.
