In your second position, we do the V-shape. In most cases this should allow us to keep the front and lower limbs slightly more in the correct position to prevent that back injury from occurring: it helps prevent some back pain if you're right leaning on your body to give yourself a leg up.

These four vidar-sets are an example of how to create a vitiate. Each instrument is represented in a vidar, which consists of three pairs:
