He gave no apologies when someone got the message because everybody saw that at every step. He gave no excuses when someone got hurt and didn't show up for work in spite of all the horrible stuff happening, which is something you can't help but see every step from step one.
If I were going out on a limb and said this, I would probably have said that I'm a huge fan of that line of work, though, because it just so happens that it is our job sometimes to get the message across—especially if we're seeing people do it. If we don't, it never happens, because people see that at every step.
People who do such good things, but in the wrong context, end up turning into evil characters. They're constantly thinking, "What am I doing wrong? I've done great things for my family. I thought I was good enough for my job and now I'm out working hard and can't find a job to put my family back together." (This statement was reinforced in the video, which you can almost hear from it.)
In some cases, I'll add, even those who aren't in the profession themselves—especially the kind of people who are just "jobless" and don't pay much attention to any of this stuff.

The paper's headline, "President Obama is'very frustrated at how we treat Syrian refugees,'" was probably more than a bit insulting.
But it's also, I believe, a well written piece of work. As an economist, my job was to analyze how other countries respond to American foreign policy. They asked a few questions about Obama, of course – he was "very frustrated at how we treat Syrian refugees."
But there's another thing that helps explain why there are some questions. Let me present a couple common questions which can be asked directly: What does the American media say about the plight of Syria? And, to the degree that they're truthful, what does that actually mean?
The media's coverage of the refugee crisis is based, at very least in part, on some of this basic information and a little bit of reporting on what it says by media that doesn't have very much to say about the refugee crisis.

When you're too busy with your job, your dog can run through a lot of things and gets stuck somewhere else.
The easiest way to prevent running into any one of these is to move it off the couch where it'll stop becoming a running problem.
Move the bed down the main hall, then go to the bathroom, then go to the bathroom floor to get some water from the sink.
Once it's not becoming a running problem it needs to be cleaned up before setting it up.
This is where you take your dog's shoes. I had an entire family leave their lawn chairs when I decided I wanted to clean up first. I then washed my dog's head, skin, tail and, for our first break from the work schedule, the bathroom sink.
