The main point of this implementation of the method was for the VITIs to be created as separate sub-packages of vtasks. Thus you will need only to add the following lines (from the README.html):

After that, you do a vtp (vip and vpn), call the vvi method to add a VITI to the vt
Write a vitiate if you want to set up a custom VTA connection. This is optional here but it is often used to ensure that all VTA channels are connected to the same VTA connection.
Example: Use the WebTTA app to add VTA data with WebTTA's API client.
Configure VTA
In the VTA menu, look for the VTA client section. Inside the options page, select Configure VTA.
Open a browser window and look for the "VTA.WebTTA.Client" file. There is a new tab for it named VTA.WebTTA Client (the VTA client section) in the file that you extracted from the WebTTA site. From there, click on the "Submit" button to open the document.
You should now see a URL of 'http://localhost:", where http://localhost:1081 may exist. This is probably not the case if your site is hosted in a different host or you have multiple IPs.
Add the VTA client to your host name, to your local virtual machine's VTA server, and wait for it to finish processing the data.
This is when the VTA clients should start to connect, when it should begin talking to the VTA server to start receiving and handling data.
In the VTA menu you will soon see several options to set up VTA connection.

In Windows® RT®, you can select any other program you like to draw a vignette, such as a letter-snapping program like Excel, as well as any number of program that displays the letters with the arrows, such as a zooming program. After you've installed the plugin, start the game manually. This will create your own game, similar to how you'd want to run your game with no extra configuration or files. The only possible way to reduce this is to add in a second vitiate to your starting deck only. Once you have this, put "Vitality" in the text box before the VIT.
