Faithful God

O give thanks unto the LORD; for [he is] good: for his mercy [endureth] for ever. O give thanks unto the God of gods: for his mercy [endureth] for ever. O give thanks to the Lord of lords: for his mercy [endureth] for ever. To him who alone doeth great wonders: for his mercy [endureth] for ever. Psalms 136:1- 4 KJV

As we were about to enter into this year, 2021, the LORD told me categorically that the journey of 2021 will require mercy; that is, only His mercy will see anyone through the year. Here we are today, you and I can testify of the faithfulness of God over our lives, family and properties. If it had not been the LORD who has been on our side, none of us will be alive to tell the story. You are alive to see the first day of December, 2021 because God's mercy has kept you. It doesn't matter dreams that are yet to be fulfilled; it doesn't matter desires that have not been granted; it doesn't even matter things you may have lost in the course of the year; it is the LORD's mercy that has kept you till this day.

God's Word instructs us to give God thanks because He is good. God has been good to you and I, and His mercy has endured over our lives. We have no faithfulness to boast of before God but our unfaithfulness has not nullified His faithfulness. We have not been consistent, but He has been consistent. This year, the high and mighty have fallen, but God's mercy has kept you. I personally cannot count how many times I and my family have had to travel this year alone but God's mercies have been our covering; and I know it's the same with you.

Therefore, in the month of December, Psalms 136 verses 1 through 4 shall be our song. It shall be 31 days of unremitting gratitude to God; celebrating His faithfulness we have enjoyed from January till date. I want you to be smarter than the devil, don't let him bug you with things you expect should have happened that have not happened. This is the time to be selective in your memory. Take your mind away from what you think the LORD has not done and concentrate only on things He has done. As you do this, let the high praises of God emanate from your heart and be expressed through your mouth without ceasing.

The LORD our God is fearful in praises; doing wonders. This will be your best end of the year since you were born. You will not carry any blessing over till next year. What the LORD will do in your life, family and career this month will far exceed what He has done for you in the past. Everyday of this month will bring you deluge of good reports; before you recover from one another miracle will hit you. The voice of rejoicing will never cease in your habitation in the Name of Jesus. Welcome to December, celebrating the faithfulness of God.

PRAYER
Father in the Name of Jesus, I thank You for Your mercy that has kept us from January till date. I judge You faithful Heavenly Father and with my whole heart I celebrate Your faithfulness over me and my family. Thank You Lord Jesus. Amen.

KEEP IN MIND
It is of the LORD's mercy we have not been consumed.
