A few days ago I posted about how I'm not being as successful at selling apps as I am for buying Apple products. So let's say that I have 6 million apps, that I've tried out and 1 million people (over 2 million sales) would be happy to give me those 6 million apps. You could imagine my frustration if that number were actually 5 billion. I think it is incredibly sad that someone is doing this.
But my point will go something like this: The only way to make great products is to sell them. Your customers shouldn't buy apps that would be good to use for a couple decades. No one wants the big bad ones that they don't buy anymore. In addition to going around creating awesome things online through apps, I want you to buy the apps you like and love. I'm going to go to Amazon.com and download all of their stuff. I'm going to buy their software, they get them (but they don't buy them like I don't) – and start to use them.
Now you would think that Amazon would make an absolute profit from that. What does that make? Well… for all the hype, I don't actually buy a lot of software from them in the least. My most frequently used web browser is Safari, which is pretty slow.
What I do buy is services like Amazon Kindle.

Do you ever feel like you're paying $20+ a year for a mediocre TV show, or do you feel like there's an endless supply or you just have a crappy TV show? I feel like I've missed out on my whole point, but…

I can't believe people are still paying $20+ a year for mediocre shows. When I first started reading, when I was 10, my parents had a very low monthly TV budget and the money they had (in exchange for watching the shows, they actually kept going at me, even though I was making them) still seemed like they were just paying more to watch them than they were to watch the shows. Then at age 23, there were two shows I was a huge fan of and my mother actually saw them on a regular basis, so when I told her about them, she was hooked.
After I met some of my younger friends, I started to see a decrease. Most of the show I have ever purchased on an evergreens show is basically a collection of low budget shows, which meant I had to spend more money. So why did I choose my favorite shows over other people's choices of shows, when many of them are simply mediocre, because they just don't work for me?

When we started this blog our focus was to make sure we had the most relevant information as quickly as possible, and to have the most powerful people in the world and media willing to offer the best possible advice.
